Australian LEO Reunion in Sydney - Sunday, 18th January 2004.
28 LEO people attended plus ten or so partners, Peter Byford chairman of the LEO Society also attended from the UK, with his wife Margaret. It was a very enjoyable evening with much catching up over some 40 years and reminisances about how great LEO was. Several people who had been at Hartree House during the 60s were there including Wallace Weaving, Neil Lamming, Colin Mitchell and Jack Russell.
John Hoey welcomed the assembled throng and thanked Garry Preston for arranging the venue. It is hoped to have another Reunion sometime in the future. Some pictures here...

Some fifty people turned up at Bellbird Park, Melbourne for an afternoon BBQ on 13 November 1999. (Three people actually came down from Sydney to attend - Pat Magee, Bob Hills and Alan Fisher). It was in everybody's view a very happy and enjoyable Leo reunion day. There were 25 ex Leo's and numerous family members. The people:fly ratio was enjoyably high    Reunion pics. here...
Thanks to Robert Timms for his humorous and interesting insight into Leo long ago, to Alan Sercombe and Peter Byford . Peter Byford's visit was the catalyst for the whole event. It was meant to be an informal event and certainly ended up that way.
Geoff Christopher and John Hobbs had some interesting bits of hardware on display - including part of the engineers' panel and a power supply. Dave Jones had the complete set of Leo manuals, a magnetic tape, and a programming template. Thanks to John Hoey and David Jones for organising the event.
